Transparency Buyers, there is no scope of being cheated, as we certify all seller listings to ensure the product is genuine. We check the invoice or other proof of purchase to ensure the product is not fake. Buyers, you’re left to your own (technically, someone else’s) devices to ensure that the product matches the description and condition shared by the seller. It’s a shot in the dark that you won’t get scammed!
Shipping No shipping headache for either buyer or seller. We handle it all. Depending on your agreement with each other, either the buyer or seller must handle the headache of shipping the preloved gear.
Listing Management As a seller, you may hide, delete or change prices flexibly. As a buyer, you can easily browse through listings by price, category and brand. Once you have posted your WTB/WTS post on the many forums online, making changes is often time consuming and usually requires discussion.
Buyer Protection As a buyer, you get 48 hours to confirm whether the product matches the description. If there’s a problem, you can change your mind and return the product without any cost. As a buyer, if you receive a product that does not match the seller’s listing details, it’s unfortunately likely that the seller may ghost you despite your many contact attempts.
Pricing As a seller, you will be advised if your product can sell faster if you drop price compared to similar listings of other sellers. As a buyer, you are spoilt for choice because there are so many options! Pricing is usually difficult and inflexible to change for sellers without inviting questions where you have to explain and justify yourself.
Community You become a part of a community that helps each other improve their personal inventory of the world’s finest audio gear. No sense of community, and kind of cumbersome pulling off trades that somehow seem to take forever with lots of one-on-one conversations.
